🏡 Guest Guide and House Rules
Thank you in advance for your cooperation. These rules have been designed to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and to respect the surroundings. By confirming your reservation, you accept the following terms:
1. Confirmation and Registration
Booking Process: Your reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of the total amount for the stay. You will receive a detailed confirmation email.
Required Identification: In compliance with current regulations, all guests staying in the apartment must formally identify themselves before the check-in date.
2. Occupancy and Respect Rules Maximum Capacity: It is strictly forbidden to exceed the maximum occupancy limit, set at 8 people.
Coexistence and Noise: We ask for the utmost consideration towards our neighbours. The organisation of parties is prohibited. Please avoid making bothersome noises, especially during quiet hours (generally from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM).
Smoking Prohibition: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
Pets: Due to the property's policy, pets are not allowed to stay. Utility Usage: The use of appliances that significantly alter the usual consumption of utilities (electricity, water, gas) requires prior authorization.
3. Responsibility and Services
Security and Valuables: The property is not responsible for the loss of money, valuables, or personal belongings that are not stored securely within the apartment or the garage.
Wi-Fi Use: The use of the Wi-Fi connection is the sole responsibility of the guest.
4. Check-Out Instructions
To facilitate the arrival of the next guest and maintain the quality of service, please follow these simple instructions upon leaving the apartment:
Waste Management: Please remove all trash from the apartment and deposit it in the designated containers at the entrance of the village.
Food: Leave the refrigerator and freezer empty and free of food scraps.
Disconnections: Do not cut off the electricity, water, or gas supply.
Personal Devices: If you have logged into the Smart TV or any other device, please log out of your personal session before leaving.
Inventory: Verify that the two TV remote controls and the Velux remote control for the attic/loft are in their place.
Key Return: Please ensure one set of keys remains in the key holder/tray (portalávés) behind the door. If a second set of keys was handed over to you by the owners, please return it to their address.
